Cancellation /Refunds - Arizona Auto Jam LLC cancellation policy is if we show up to a job and have to wait more than 15 min your $50 hold fee will not be refunded. If you cancel an booking time less than 24 hours in advance your $50 hold fee will not be refunded. If a refund is due back to you please allow 5-7 business day for refund to complete back to your bank.
1: Customer-Supplied Parts & Safety - We reserve the right to refuse to install any part that we feel would compromise the safety and safe operation of a vehicle. Please, for insurance and safety purposes, do not stand over technicians’ working space.
2: What To Do If There's A Problem - If you experience an issue directly related to work that was recently performed, contact us immediately to arrange for diagnostics to check for and verify a warrantable failure. If a new unrelated issue is found by the technician, or you ignored the technician’s advice, a new diagnostic charge will apply.
3: Taking The Vehicle Elsewhere IMPORTANT: UNLESS YOU ARE TRAVELLING, DO NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER SHOP FIRST IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM, AS HAVING ANYONE ELSE WORK ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE GIVING US AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS THE COMPLAINT OR IGNORE TECHNICIANS ADVICE ON REPAIR INVOICE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY WITH US!
4: Parts & Workmanship - We warranty our workmanship for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. We do not warranty parts or supply any parts. If your supplied part fails, then labor will apply again. We warranty our workmanship for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you ignored the technician’s advice, you void our warranty. Ac recharges do not have a warranty included. We won’t discuss anything with anyone except the person on the original invoice
5: DIAGNOSTIC- Accurate Diagnostics - We do not guarantee the accuracy of anyone else's diagnostics but our own. Due to the complexity of a vehicle, we cannot guarantee that one diagnosis will cure every problem a vehicle has in a single repair operation. If you’re diagnostic (customer) is wrong, labor payment is still due in full. Our company will not be held responsible for customers self diagnostic’s. Our company will not be held responsible for any pre existing issues not related to our repairs or blamed for issues if our technician has never heard customers vehicle running prior to our repair, unless customer has proof our repair caused the claimed new issue.
6: Plastic, Wires, Spark Plugs, Metal and Rubber Parts - We assume no responsibility for plastics, wires, spark plus, metal parts or rubber part breakages, like many plastics, wires, spark plugs, metal and rubber parts used in vehicles, are brittle, strip and can break without warning no matter how carefully they are handled. This is especially true of plastics, wires, spark plugs, metal or rubber parts that are exposed to sunlight, liquid, heat, internal, external damage, or any normal wear and tear.
7: Payment Arrangements /Refunds - Payment in full is required upon completion of services. We do not accept efforts to make payment arrangements after the fact. You stopping the job won’t stop labor charge due. Refunds are only given with proof from a licensed mechanic with a verifiable printed receipt. Please set up after pay app fully before mechanic completes repair job. If we have to stop any repair job due to getting or any parts issue, half of labor job is due on that day and the other half is due upon returning to finish the job .
8: Threats to Our Associates - We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding yelling, cursing, threats against or towards our associates. Such behavior of any type or nature directed at an Auto Tech associate or our Company will not be tolerated - We will immediately terminate whatever work is in progress and flee the scene.
9: If a technician takes a customer to get parts- there will be a $10 fuel charge (10 mile radius) added to the final bill or $30 for a 20 or more mile radius.. If you take more than a ½ an hour to get parts, a $50 fee per every ½ hour charge for the technician waiting on you, will be added to final bill unless, you communicate with the technician that getting the part a issue has arisen.
